The second I clocked into work yesterday, my Manager calls me into the office and I'm thinking,"OH SHIT WHATEVER IT IS I DIDN'T DO IT D: D: D:" when she just wanted me to start keying in books so Laura (who's been there since 8am, I got in at 1pm) could go to lunch. It's simple enough, typing in 6 digit SKU numbers and the quantity needed, 'cept yknow there's 13 departments in the store with well over 50,000 items. XD You can guess who got stuck in the office for 4 hours straight, typing in orders for half of the store because I'm "fast" despite never bothering to learn how to 10-key. lol Work wasn't too, though I really don't understand how they expect to close such a huge store like that with less than 10 people working on a fucking Saturday, as it took us 2 goddamn hours after closing to recover and change out the ad signs.

Anyway, we ate at IHOP for late dinner with James and Kyle, they came back over to our house and we started watching Tropic Thunder (as David and I haven't seen it yet), but I ended up crashing about 20 minutes into the movie. XD I've been up since 6am, deciding if I should be lazy and crawl back into bed for a few more hours of sleep, or start doing chores around the house. Albel's being creepy, sitting on top of David's chair and watching me like a hawk for whatever reason. 0___o;; Up later this afternoon: GROCERY SHOPPING AND ERRANDS. YAY.

I think I like this band now, is that bad? :| I've known of this band for a while, but never bothered to listen to their stuff until Pandora played this on one of my stations. It's kinda weird seeing Jared Leto singing, as I'll always remember him as the blondie from Fight Club, or Jordan from My So-Called Life.

Hello everyone, I am putting the feelers out to see if any photographer going to Anime USA would be interested in shooting me and klytemnestra in our Vampire Hunter D costumes.

They are a bitch to get into (ok, for me at least. 4 hours!!!) and we don't foresee us wearing them a lot to conventions, but AUSA on SUNDAY would be a good opportunity for us to put them on. Sunday because my weekend schedule is jam packed but I asked them to leave my Sunday open. Also, if most attendees are busy checking out, we won't be as interrupted and locations could be easier to acquire!

For as little time as we had at NYAF, we still got some nice shots of the costumes, but half of them are on stage and there are so many stagings and poses left undone. I have images swirling in my head! It would be a chance to experiment and get some cool artistic weird shots, too.

WAAAH! Today I finally got the Rossiu-centric doujinshi that I ordered MONTHS ago... I mean, they never seemed to arrive but the wait was quite worth it!

I let a guy friend wear my Organization coat, and when I got it back it was full of man stink...
I sprayed it on the inside with lysol and febreeze and it's still gross...
It's a glossy plether material, and I was thinking of washing it with a damp cloth. What cleaning product should I use that'll be gentle but get rid of the smell?
Im guessing dish soap right? Will that be okay on glossy plether?

What's the usual going price for one of these bad boys?
And how rare are they?
I think I found a lead but I'm not sure i want to break my piggy bank yet...
but it's too cute!

Ohhhh it's so nice to rest for a little while. These last two week has been so intense and by far one of the most hectic I've had in a while. Having three different projects overlapping each other makes for no rest and caffeine highs. But its all worth because I'm doing the creative things I love to do!

Wednesday I was in Ojai California doing make-up/FX on a new news program called "Fear News with The Last Girl" for Fear Net. The shoot lasted all night, Matt and I grabbed 2 hours of sleep then headed back home just in time for Jenny to arrive.

I did her fay make-up then Vani, Jenny and I headed to Redland California for the photoshoot with Kyle Johnsen as part of the big photo project we have been working on this year. (Thanks you to all the girls who helped out! I <3 U)

Today I only have a few costumes to make for tomorrows Brawl shoot. Then tonight is the Hello Kitty’s Bats and Cats Masquerade at Royal Tea!! I was hoping to make something to wear but my little black dress will have to do.

I was wondering where I can get Rolo's phone strap. I was sure that they sell it and searched but couldn't find anything. Then I saw a photo of one so now I'm even more convinced that there must exist such a merchandise item. But I didn't find anything on ebay or yesasia.com

Holy cow this week has been something else. I've been bombarded with conversations on Etsy asking about more longcat and tacgnol scarves. It's getting nuts!

I have it to where people can reserve a listing, and all longcats have been reserved!
There are 2 tacgnols left for reservation, so if any of you are interested, let me know along with your etsy username so I can create a reserved listing for you.

The reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. I really hope customers don't get mad because they didn't reserve on time so they will have to wait longer for more to be made.

This shit is insane. The scarves have been featured on tons of blogs, even Japanese ones! I have bookmarked the ones I've found. I am going to start shipping them overseas now since I could really use the money.
